These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Any deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Customers & Sales Area

We sell to customers in:

  • EU countries, and
  • Selected non-EU countries

Some products may be restricted by destination due to shipping, safety, or regulatory reasons (e.g. aerosols, dangerous goods, limited quantities).

If delivery to a destination is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and refund any amounts paid.

4. Products

  • All products sold are authentic EU products.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Correct errors in descriptions, prices, or availability
    • Cancel orders due to out-of-stock, pricing errors, or technical issues
    • Limit quantities per customer

5. Prices & VAT

  • EU customers: Prices are shown including VAT, calculated based on the customer’s country under the EU OSS scheme.
  • Non-EU customers: Prices are shown excluding VAT. Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

  • Revolut Pay
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (where available)

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping origin: Germany
  • Shipping method: Courier delivery, primarily UPS Standard (ground).
    For certain destinations, air transport may be used if required.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers
  • Customs authorities
  • Force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the goods are received, unless an exception applies.

9. Returns & Refunds (Cosmetics & Personal Care)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and personal care products are subject to strict return rules:

Returns are accepted only if:
  • The product is unused
  • The product is unopened
  • The original seal is intact
  • The product is returned in original packaging

Products such as shampoos, creams, serums, sprays, or similar items cannot be returned once opened, even if only partially used.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by mandatory law or explicitly agreed in writing.

Refunds
  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned goods
  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders only before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Shipping restrictions
  • Suspected fraud or abuse

Our products are intended for general consumer use only.

  • Always follow product instructions and warnings
  • Perform patch tests where recommended
