Shake well before use. Apply sunscreen generously before sun exposure. Insufficient application can significantly reduce protection. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or sweating. Avoid intense midday sun. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight and use high SPF sunscreen (greater than 25) along with protective clothing. Even high SPF sunscreens do not provide complete protection against UV rays. Do not stay in the sun too long, even while using sunscreen. Every sunburn damages the skin and should be avoided. Excessive sunbathing poses a serious health risk. Do not spray directly on the face or into the eyes. Allow sunscreen to be fully absorbed, especially before entering water. Avoid contact with clothing, textiles, and surfaces as permanent stains or changes may occur even after full absorption.
