How We Deliver
We ship all orders via UPS Standard, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery across Europe and selected international destinations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the cart and checkout process, based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination.
We use fixed weight brackets:
– Up to 2 kg
– Up to 5 kg
– Up to 10 kg
– Up to 15 kg
– Up to 20 kg
– Up to 25 kg
The maximum weight per order is 25 kg.
If your order falls within a weight bracket (for example 5 kg or 9 kg), the shipping cost remains the same for that bracket.
For orders exceeding 25 kg or for bulk and pallet orders, please contact us.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products (such as aerosols or other regulated items) are subject to air-transport restrictions. As a result, these products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
If your delivery address is affected, you may need to remove the restricted products from your cart in order to complete your order.
For company orders, bulk purchases, or special shipping arrangements involving restricted products, please contact us. We will be happy to review your request and help find a suitable solution.
Order Preparation
Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare and pack it in our warehouse within 1–3 working days.
Dispatch & Tracking
After dispatch, your parcel is handed over to UPS, and you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location and typically range from 1 to 7 working days after dispatch.
